Purchasing a product grants you access, not ownership of the content.

3. Accounts & Access

Some products require creating a student account through Kajabi.

You are responsible for:

  • keeping your login information confidential

  • ensuring your account is not shared with others

Access is provided to support your learning and may not be transferred.

4. Payments & Processing

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers (such as Stripe or PayPal).

Live Love Piano does not store or have access to your full payment information. Any payment-related issues should be directed to the payment processor.

5. Refund Policy

Refund policies vary by product and are stated clearly at checkout.

  • Digital products with immediate access (such as PDF downloads) are typically non-refundable.

  • Courses that include a refund window must be requested within the stated timeframe.
