For full-length courses that include structured video lessons and student dashboard access (such as Simple & Beautiful Piano for Adult Beginners):

• You have 5 days from the date of purchase to request a refund.

• To qualify, you must request a refund within the 5-day window by contacting us by email or our contact form.

• Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of approval.

We do not require you to provide specific reasons for requesting a refund, but a brief note about your experience helps us improve.

2. Digital Download Products (PDF Workbooks / Kits)

Products that consist of downloadable materials or PDFs (such as Sightreading Jumpstart Kit 1, Sightreading Kit 2, and similar digital downloads):

• Are non-refundable, because access is granted immediately upon purchase.

• If you are unsure whether a digital download matches your needs, please review the product description carefully before purchasing.

This policy helps keep prices accessible while honoring your commitment to learning.
